Delivery:

1.Manufacture time:normally 20-30days after confirming the payment of order.
2.Shipping time:4-6days for door to door delivery.7-10days for shipping to local airport.

Returns：

All our products are carefully checked prior to dispatch. Please inspect your items on arrival and if there is any damage, inform us in writing within 1 week to info@canolighting.cn. After this 1 week period it is deemed the items have arrived in satisfactory condition. Should there be breakages or damage, and we have been notified within 1 week, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement of the damaged item. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, or you wish to return the product for any other reason, please contact us within 15 calendar days.Returned products must be in their original packaging. Customers are liable for the original and returning shipping charges. If products are offered with free shipping, once returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be confirmed by our customer service beforehand.Goods cannot be returned to us after 15 calendar days and all returns must be notified to us prior to return. Returned items must be UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

The cost of returning unwanted items will be the customers responsibility. Items that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us in good order (unless damage has been notified). We therefore strongly recommend that you retain your proof of posting, in case the parcel gets lost and you need to make a claim from your courier. Should the returned items be damaged in any way when they are received by us (unless damaged has already been notified) we reserve the right to reduce the refund paid to you.
